Harvested in the first days of September and made of the beautifully ripe fruit of the Farkó-kő vineyard. After quick processing and mustering, they fermented it at low temperatures to preserve its freshness and fruitiness. As in previous years, they fermented it with organic yeast and used only vegetal cleanser, so they could make a certified vegan wine from the great 2022 vintage.
