Fermented in open vats with 20% whole bunches, gently racking for 21 days, then matured in first-fill Burgundy barrels for 10 months. Unfiltered Pinot Noir is a round whole red wine with a well-rounded flavor that will not let you down on cool evenings or at the dinner table. This wine immediately enchants you with its typical Pinot Noir color, its taste is reminiscent of cognac cherries, cherries, pepper and cloves.
